Digital Polyphony have released an update for GT5 Prologue. Contained within are 3 new cars including the sexy looking GT by Citroen Concept shown above. The two other new cars are the Ferrari California and the Lotus Evora.
Gameplay enhancements include a penalty system - specifically, during Time Trial events, speed penalties have been removed, and instead incurring such a penalty now invalidates the lap time for that particular lap. Race events are also being updated, with tweaked difficulty levels and increased earnings for winning a top spot. Additionally, improved responsiveness when using the wireless controller, and improved sound volume balance for sound effects and music for a better racing experience. Drift Trial races have also been changed to feature a rolling start.

Weighing in at a modest 35 Mb the latest update - v1.5 – is now available to download. Simply fire up Burnout Paradise and you will be prompted to grab the update.
This patch brings with it trophy support, details of which in the full article.
UPDATE: We had thought the trophies would be retroactive. This however is NOT the case. This from Criterion:
Burnout Paradise saves are locked to your profile. We had hoped to use this to retroactively award trophies, but we discovered during testing that this is not possible. You will therefore require a fresh game-save to receive trophies in Burnout Paradise. If you’re familiar with PS3 trophies already, you’ll recognise that this works in the same way as all other games that have added trophy support post-release.
…which is a bit of a kick in the teeth if you are a Burnout veteran with hundreds of race miles under your belt. Is it worth starting all over again just for the trophies? I`m not so sure
